Janike has extensive experience with all the administrative tasks, including organizing meetings, coordination between departments and employees, processing of business permits, organizing events (which she loves the most). She has a background in human resources specifically in Payroll and Benefits, and a trusted assistant to senior executives. She has been and still learning and sharing in the field of administration for more than a decade.
Prior to joining the BPO, she has started her career working with Civil Engineers in the Construction Industry and continue to learn with the Pilots as she moved to the Aviation Industry. Her experience working in different industries with different nationalities made her more flexible in dealing with people.
When not at work, Janike is busy baking, Binge-watching(KDrama) or travelling and she is active in an organization in her community and continues to participate in their outreach and community events.
