Our team more than doubled

in 2020 with 46 team members.

By 2020, we started supporting more than 10 back-office functions,

including Collections, Billing, Portal Admin, Technical Support, Dispatching and more. 

2021

We reached 70 total team members –

the pandemic couldn’t stop our growth!

Our continued growth didn’t waver, even at the height of

the pandemic, with the offshore team helping the onshore

team navigate the Smart Care life under the “new normal”.
